• New on-line job posting system - Employers can now list jobs directly on the State of Indiana job matching system, Indiana Career Connect, as well as asking employer specialists at the WorkOne REACH Center to help them list jobs. Employers who need help can download this form and fax it to the numbers on the form. These services are provided at NO COST.
• Changes from former system - Employers who used the job matching system in place before June 30th, 2008, either directly or through a staff person at the local WorkOne office, are already registered in the new system. To find out your new user name and establish a new password, call the employer services at the WorkOne REACH Center. Prior job postings are maintained in the new system and can easily by copied for new listings. Lists for job postings are no longer maintained in the regional offices. Jobs listed or advertised elsewhere can sometimes be linked to this system.
